No sound from left speaker

No sound from left speaker

My left speaker is very faint. Is this a speaker or radio problem. It's stock 2008 radio.

The driver side speaker is a common failure, due to water infiltration. If the balance is set right, that is the most likely. I'll bet your next complaint will be "no warning chimes".

put some polk marine rated 2-ways in the doors. maybe even cut the tweeter off so it's just a mid range driver

When mine went bad, oddly enough the cones were in good shape it was the coils got corroded.
