Noisy tranny

After towing our 08, it sounds like it has snow tires up front from 20 MPH on up. Ran quiet before towing it. Only has 96k on it. Any thoughts or advice?

My guess is a wheel hub/bearing.

x2 what Donbrew says. Jack up the front end and check the hubs (aka wheel bearings).

Welcome to the site!
X3 wheel bearing hubs! Change them in pairs!!
Here's a question, when you tow, does the mileage increase in the odometer?
Or does it register because the key is on?

When I towed I went by the manual and pulled the #8 fuse so I could leave the key on accessory. No mileage was registered.

That's about all the miles there is on it. 94k+2k towing. I drove it 2X during the towing trip. No noise those times. I jacked up the front end this morning and checked the hubs. Both are good. Right side was replaced about 20k ago. I spun the wheels and there is a squealing in the transmission.

Time to take it to a transmission shop you can trust.

By checking the hubs, did you check for end play and grab top and bottom push/pull?

No movement that you can feel is acceptable. IIRC, it is .015 inch.
