Odd transmission issue

My 07 panel has sat the last 3 months (I broke my leg). I go to drive it today for the first time and it will not shift out of 1st and is slipping. No check engine light. I just replaced the fluid and filter last year. No leaks. I haven't checked the fluid yet, but like I said I haven't seen any leaks. If I rev it high it will catch but not shift. Any thoughts?

Any sign of varmints chewing on wires?
If it has been sitting in the same spot any fluid loss would be in a puddle under the car. And not the cause of failure to shift.
Could be the solenoids froze up .

I was thinking it could be a selenoid issue as well. No puddles under the car. I'm going to check levels today and run a new ground to the tcm and see what that does.

The ground to the TCM shouldn’t be required, instead check continuity

Don't do that stupid FB ground wire thing. It is dangerous and un needed. If the TCM ground is bad just fix it; there is a wire in the connector that grounds it.

Didn't see any chewed wires yet. I did the ground mod though lol. Tomorrow I'm going to add a quart of Lucas to the trans and see if that has any affect on it. If not it's being sold cheap lol. This was just a extra car, I really dont need it.
