Put a new motor in my 2011 HHR and have this code. Any tricks to completing the relearn or does this need to go to the dealer for a relearn?

You need to relearn the crankshaft sensor. That takes a computer, or a Tech2 scanner, If you can find a good shop that has a SnapOn or go to a GM dealer.
