p0700 and c0700

06 2.4 auto w/74K started the wierd gauge thing and hard shift. Had this 3 times since july when i bought it. dealer says computer must have had a hiccup and he reset the cel about a month ago. Got my own reader and this is what i got: C0700 and P0700. I cleared the codes but C0700 remains. Any ideas?

Nothing noted here for C0700 that helps it seems.
