Have you had the "Ignition Switch Recall done?
If you are not sure then give your Vin Number to a GM Dealer and they can tell you if and when.

You will have to determine what is killing the battery of course. Do you have appropriate tools such as a multimeter etc to do some diagnostics to figure out the source of the parasitic drain?

You replaced the starter and the battery... Have you had the charging system checked? Local parts store should do that for free...

Make sure the large red wire on the under hood fuse box has a good connection, then follow that wire to the starter check the connection, then follow that wire to the alternator connection.

Check the "start" relay in the under hood fuse box.

Check for recalls here: https://my.chevrolet.com/recalls

Could still be a loose connection at the switch.
