Curious to see if you found anything new on this CHHHR09? I have an 07 LT, and I replaced my power steering motor about a month ago and the issue just cam back.

There is a conditional recall on the power steering motor. I had my 07 HHR in the dealer today for the same issue. The motor was replaced by the dealer, free of charge.

I apologize that your having to experience the same concern with your vehicle for a second time. I want to get involved and lend a helping hand.
