My Alldata for 2011 lists this bulb as a W2 axial type bulb which appears to be a mini wedge type. Should be able to get this at auto parts stores. Don't know if they are the same over the years.

As a side note... when my bulb burned out in the driver side door window switch I replaced it with a led and 1 k ohm resistor, No more problems with that one as that led should last > 10,000 hours. I will be doing this to any of these bulbs that burn out. One other advantage is that led's come in different colors/sizes and don't need that little rubber or plastic lamp cover that GM uses to color their bulbs.

Well that was fun, we all have read about the 1/2 socket for the shifter indicator light, I just replaced it in about 45 minutes ( which included cleaning the crud outta the area from under the console ) the shifter bolts where a bit of a problem, I used a magnet wand and the elastic band trick for the passenger side bolts as mentioned they are loose fit.
The push in bulb is simply a #37 bulb. My Parts Source counter guy looked it up while I wandered over to the bulb display rack, it's installed and the console is epic and span with a wipe down of interior cleaner from Maguire's

Checked Chilton's. There is indeed a bulb there. They recommend removing the plate around the window controls and the console cover to get to it.

Yep that's what I just did, like a previous post directed me, I did have to remove the shifter nuts and pull the shifter up enough to remove the bulb 1/2 turn socket
