Remote Start Issues

Okay I posted in one of my other posts that I was having issues with the remote start but figured it was because the car was just driving and coolant was hot.

Well I follow the manuals directions to push the lock button and hold the remote start for 4 seconds. The DIC says the remote start is on so I know that its on.

So what happens is I push the lock button then hold the remote start. Well everytime I do that it sets the God Darn alarm off on me. I think it might be my key fob but I'm not sure. Its acting as the panic button because the panic button does the same thing.

Anyone have any ideas.

Call a priest, an exorcism is in order.

Under warranty? Dealer reprogramming may be needed, cause you are doing it right.

Yeah well my warranty doesn't cover it unfortuantly. I'm not worried about it though. The Local Chevy Dealer I've taken my cars to before gives me a deal everytime.
