No, my commutes are usually 5 minutes. 20 at the most. I have had this slight shaking for a couple of weeks, and had it before going to TN... thoughts?

Shaking while in motion. Just in general, no specific area. It can be felt in the wheel. However, upon inspecting the other rims, nothing.. no dents, curb rash, etc.

wheels could be outta balance, alignment off. could be anything. If you are feeling it through the wheel and the bent rim is in the back, I'd venture to guess you need to get em balanced. have you never had this done before?

I'd bear with it until you can get another one. Short term I think it would be ok. It will just make the tire wear funny. The other possibility though is if you hit something hard enough to bend the rim, there could be suspension damage as well.

I have not had them balanced since I bought the vehicle, as I have not bought any new tread for it yet. I am getting the 16's and selling these.. then getting tread for the 16's and the 9C1 caps to go on them..

I think for the sake of your reputation you better get this fixed and fast. After all a bad wheel is much more dangerous than a non-visibility impairing crack in the windshield. You could have a blowout – very unsafe. Too bad you just spent all your money on the windshield.

You’re a Rent-a-Cop!!

I don’t think you’ll pass the psych evaluation.

Sorry, if this seems mean spirited – just hope you take this ribbing well.

Might feel the tread of the tire. If a belt let go it could shake and have a slight bulge in the tread area. Pot holes and curbs can do so me nasty things to a tire.

did you say you feel it in the wheel ,its the front ,if you feel it in the seat its the back. Just a dumb question have you rotated your tires, they usually check the balance then. I had brand new tires and they were out 1/2 oz at 5000 mi. it's normal especially cause they can't use lead any more ??
