Service tire pressure maintenance

Hello Gents. This came on a few months back when it started to get cool. I tried resetting the tire pressure monitors ND thought I did u til it came back. Now my car isn't showing any pressure for ether tire just dashes. I left my lights on by accident a d had to get a hot shot. That didn't help either. How get I can I get it clear and to show the air pressure for each tire again?

15 year old car, probably dead batteries in the tire sensors.

Yep, cool weather unmasks weak batteries of all types.

Tirepressure senors

Can the batteries in the tire pressure sensors be replaced or do I have to buy new tire pressure sensors? Do I have to replace them all at the same time? Will an OBDII scanner tell me which ones are bad?

The issue I have with replacing just the bad ones, is that you can easily lose track of which ones are old, and which ones you've replaced. You plan to replace just the bad ones now, then replace the others when you get new tires. You get the tires rotated, the guy claims that he relearned the positions of the sensors, but maybe he didn't. Now you don't know what's what. They're probably all the same age.

Battery replacement is not intended on those tire pressure monitors but it’s possible. They’re basically a button battery with a little tab on them. You can buy them online. I think you need to do some soldering. Not worth the trouble.
