Slight fluctuations during constant speed
Been searching but haven't yet found anything that answers my issue. While driving at highway speeds and slower, I get these slight decreases, or slight fuel cut outs, kinda like being buffeted by the wind of a semi truck when you start to feel it's draft. And I mean, ever so slight.
Kind of like when the AC kicks on and off.
You can feel it when you lift off the pedal as well.
Tried to replicate it with the cruise on. It's smooth with the cruise on, no issues there.
Am I dealing with a throttle position sensor issue or something else?

Try the deals at wrench monkey or prime auto, they ship from Canada I'd suggest TRW but their made in China now, it's really up to you, I've gone thru four front sets of different brands and two rear sets, in 351,007 kilometres, the longest lasting ones were Timken.

In Canada your best bet is Prime Choice, they offer better prices on ebay than direct usually. Shipping within Canada is a big plus. I have had good warranty experience with them, usually you can pay a few dollars more for lifetime guarantee.

Your surge could be a dirty throttle body, give it a good cleaning with the correct throttle body cleaner!! And be careful not to move to butterfly, it's to easy to strip the gears inside the drive motor
