ss missfiring

ss missfiring

just put new spark plugs in my 08 ss and now its miss firing....and i dont know why, i went through everything i did and am not sure why its runing choppy now, any suggestions please

run good before the plugs, runs bad after ? Must not like that flavor of plugs, how did the old ones look ?

the old ones were a new shade of black and i know it needed to be done, and now its running choppy as hell

You may also have a bad coil. I just had to replace one recently.

X2. If it was running good before,then something happened during install. Check your coils.

If you didn't install OEM plugs gapped at .032-.035, you might want to try that.

i installed o'reilly brand performance plugs and i came to realize that for one i didnt put them in all the way and 2 my car didnt approve of them i put ac delco from gm in there and ran like new....so my lesson learned was dont use o'reilly brand stuff caus my hhr pukes them back out lol
