It appears the heated seat switches are separate from the HVAC module, so it should work just no warm butt

Why do you think the control module is causing a problem? What is the problem?

I can't even understand what you did and didn't do. Punctuation helps a lot.

Evidently, you and the previous owner have not looked at a circuit diagram. The fan switch does not work like you think it does and has nothing to do with the AC module.
A 2006 has a problem with water intrusion through a butyl patch under the cowl directly above the fan resistor pack and the fan. That is the root cause.
Attached is a pdf of the circuit

Ok you want the long version with Punctuation, here is the story.I never said the control module was bad Im just trying to think ahead since I noticed the 2006 module are hard to find. This is my 86 year old mothers car and she refuses to miss her volunteer work and its 113deg. High speed on the fan quit working last week and then it all quit. I first unpluged the fan then supplied 12v+ and ground to the wires to check the motor it passed. I then pulled the climate control module, jumped the orange and black wires again the fan came on test passed. I then jumped the rest of the speeds and they worked so resistor passed. I then tested the fan switch and got no resistence on any of the fan switch plug poles. So I ordered a new fan switch and plug pigtail because the ground pole was burnt and someone had spliced the yellow wire. So I ordered the new plug pigtail and after I get it put in I still have to see if I can figure out why the ground was burnt. And I replaced the butyl patch or whatever you want to call it 2 years ago.Sorry about the broken english in the last post, its hard for me to type and I tend to shorten things a much as I can. With my bad arthritus I had to take a break writing this

I never said it did and I have complete knoledge of how it works. Also wiring diagram colors are not the same as mine,If you remember I asked if I could swap 06 and 07 module Im sorry if I made you believe I thought the module was bad .Iam just trying to get this done as fast as possible because my 86 year old mother refuses to stop driving in this heat wave. We are to have temps over 110 all week

Thanks for the clarification. I don't have the wiring diagram. Can you or one of the guys post it.
As for the blower resistor I'm not sure you tested it correctly or just bypassed it. I need a diagram.
Thanks
