To answer:
A.0036, 0054, 0140, 0141, 0700
B. Yes, all the bulbs are working. Stock filament bulbs.
C. Gotcha. New relay did the trick for the lights. Also, cleaned bulb, and socket connections.

Just read these causes and possible solutions

https://www.obd-codes.com/p0036

https://www.obd-codes.com/p0054

https://www.obd-codes.com/p0140

https://www.obd-codes.com/p0140

these are all common to O2 sensor problems, the common thread is burnt connections, so inspect it closely and the ground wires.

https://www.obd-codes.com/p0700

this one can also be related to a loose or broken ground wire.

Trouble codes have a letter before the number. B,C,P, etc
Tell us the full code number.

Is there some reason you don't just replace the #2 O2 sensor or just check the wires and fuse (#33 under hood)? All of those will inhibit cruise and a lot of other things along with the P0700..

I just scanned it this afternoon. I initially just did some searching to see the usual causes that people ran into. When I get a chance I will read through what Oldblue put up as well as try your suggestion. It is an older car but low mileage.
Couple years ago I started it, and it was missing really bad. Turns out squirrels got under the hood, and ate through 2 of the fuel injectors wiring harness. That was a bunch of fun to splice back. They chewed it within a half inch of the injector. Nature at its finest......oh joy.....hehehhehe

Then they got to wire to the #2 O2 sensor and the TCM.
