TPMS Question

I just want to get rid of service TPMS. Is it possible to buy a single sensor and learn the system to it alone somehow or any other workarounds than to buy all four sensors?

A piece of tape over the light, the sensors have codes for their location, so one sensor won’t work. I replace all four when I get the light.

One guy supposedly put 4 paired sensors in little canister made of PVC pipe and a single valve, pressurized it, and put it in the glove box. You still need 4 sensors, but they don’t need to be put in the wheels, and you don’t need to worry when change wheels seasonally.

Just buy the sensors. Not that expensive if you get them online and they are good for 8-10 years.

If you unplug the tpms module (under headliner by rear view mirror) it will eliminate the message on the dic. It will still leave tpms light on dash, but electrical tape covers that.

I intend to replace my sensors, but I bought car 6 months ago and it has great tires!! I will replace mine when I need tires...

Always trouble with life, and with pairing them. PITA. Gotta be a better way.
