Tpms sensors

I bought a set of Tpms sensor for my plain Jane 2008 hhr with rubber valve stems. My wife now needs a tpms for her 2008 hhr ss with metal valve stems. I know it programs but will it physically fit (using the metal valve stem) or is that a different tpms sensor?

They should be the same. Best to ask the vendor. There is a version with the stem is part of the sensor, rather than screwed on.

Somebody snuck a rubber stem on one of mine. Didn't notice it until recently. Hasn't given any issues.
