Unplugged plug under my passenger seat?

Hi everyone so I just got this 2009 HHR and I was just looking under the seat to clean them out and I found a plug that's just dangling in the passenger area under the seat I don't know if it's supposed to be plugged in somewhere everything seems to work in the car except the two rear speakers they seem to be blown out it's a 2009 LS I don't know if that has anything to do with speakers or if it's just supposed to be sitting there dangling here is a picture if you have any idea what this is please let me know

Probably for the electric and/or heated seat not present in your car.

The connectors under your passenger seat are for the bladder that detects if someone is sitting in the seat or not. And if so, your passenger airbag will automatically be turned on in case of an accident. And as far as the speakers go...They are all junk. All 4 door speakers, the tweeters too, an most of all the sorry excuse for a center/sub speaker they threw in. But keep the plastic crap that houses those pieces of junk. Because they will come in handy for mounting some decent 25-35W Max 5" roundish replacements.
