The accelerator pedal is drive by wire, so that's no help to find the vibration. Is the vibration all the time; only when moving; changes with engine speed; changes with vehicle speed; seem to be on one side of the vehicle more than the other?

Check Engine Light? Flex pipe? Recent work? Unrelated events?

Have a close look at the rear transmission mount and upper engine mount.

Such a brief answer, I'll have to guess what it means, and you can correct me if I'm wrong.

It vibrates only when moving, so it does not vibrate at idle. Other than that, it is not affected by engine speed or vehicle speed. You cannot determine if it is specific to either side. Oh, and the vibration is felt in the accelerator pedal and nowhere else.

If all this is true, it might not be related to the drivetrain(engine, trans, axles, hubs, tires). Maybe a loose (exhaust?) component near the accelerator pedal.
