I’m sure Donbrew will chime in with that for your 2006, LT 2.4 litre.

I hope so, my hhr is dead since my last post
Still have a shortcut tak opens/closes the locks after while gauges are going crazy and after that the temp is not showing, and after that the gearshifter runs only to 80 km/h, clicking and showing off...

So ive buyed a VOLVO XC70 2.4D AWD, well thats a very nice car to i recomend it

But i like my hhr so i try to fix him, im startint with old cables since the problem of zitzit sound comes from lower part of the car, i try new grounds and check whole BCM and TCM.

So far a know one thing... our chevys have poor cables in the main rail, many of them are "rusted" like the filling (cooper?) brakes when you touch them.

There is a link in my sig to FREE shop manuals.
The copper gets brittle from getting hot, they get hot because of short circuits, zitzit sounds indicate a short circuit. Some wire is loose and making intermittent contact. A short circuit turns a wire into a heating element.
I would look along the brittle wires for chafing and loose connections.

THE CLICKING IS GONE!
FOR 1 WEEK NO CLICKING!

The wires that ware made here in Poland ware old and had some breakthought so they ware causing shortcut in 4 or more places in 2 cables (in the main middle bundle of cables) the side bliking light ware "rusted heavy/corroded" So weve replaced all light exterior bulbs also, cleaned the contacts. And voila!
