Question Perfomance Module

Hello Fellow Dragracing/Racing HHR drivers. I am looking to locate i believe its called the IAT sensor wire under my hood OUTSIDE the airfilter. Anyone knows where it is EXACTLY located to attach this Perfomance Module to it ? It gives up to 70 more HP and up to 30 MPG more. I need someone knows their stuff with this. If you can email me diagram or something of where the sensor cable is..... to dragin_hhr@insightbb.com Thanks Dragin_HHR

draggin_hhr.....

You are #$%^& dreaming OR you are buying the greatest marketing ploy since Berny Madoff's pyramid. Let me guess, you paid something like $15-$50 for this, right.

Just unplug your IAT it will tell the ECM that it is -32F and do the same thing. O you will have a Service light just like the Perfomance Module

Fooling the ECM as to intake air temperature is a hack. The GM engineers didn't put in an IAT/spark table because they had nothing better to do. Tune it right, or leave it alone.

what they said , but ,

what i don't understand is---i read a bunch , i mean a whole lot of bunches of feedback on ebay about these...of course there is no way it's going to give 70hp gain , i can't believe they make such a ridiculous cliam....but they have many , many , many positive feedbacks.....i know the world is full of idiots , but all that claim to get some benifit from those "little magic modules" can't be wrong.....or could they ???...they have hundreds , maybe even thousands of positive feedback.

On things like this, I tend to look at the negative feedack exclusively to see what problems there were. Most people who leave positive don't wait long enough to really track a difference; if it was shipped timely and the car didn't blow up right away.......positive feedback.

I look at ebay feedback as mainly did it ship or not and how were problems handled.

I bet if you hooked it up to an electric supercharger it would double the HP to 140+..........

WOW, a 30 MPG increase? I'll take two.
