dbarberaz...what happened to the TSB access? I click on a link and it just takes me to the Alldata portal.I sure did like being able to arm myself before my visits to the dealer.It was also very informative.

 

Yeah. I just checked it too and got the same thing? Thought it was user error.

 

Looks like they did a site redesign and it has reverted to being a subscription site again.

Damn. I was planning on printing out a couple of TSBs to take with me to the dealership.

 

Maybe some dealers service dept's were getting embarassed by customers bringing their cars in and having more knowledge about what's going on than their own "Advisors" had!!

Oh, I might say also.....

While Alldata is a good reference and better than not having any at all, it appears they do not have access to all the issued TSB's. I know of several issued by The General, that have never been posted on Alldata. And, some of them are important to Chevrolet as well as HHR owners.

Maybe we could make a deal with a GM Parts guy to provide them.

 

Sorry I have no control over Alldata. I did update the TSB link with this link. It does not give you any details but does list the TSB#'s and title. Not as helpfull but better than nothing
