i ordered and received two decals a few monthes ago. Went to put them on and seemed old and the center letters would not come off the backing...

 

I still havent recieved mine yet.

 

Haven't received mine either.

 

I just went premium on 8-14-09, so I'm not surprised I haven't received mine yet.

 

I've got one that I'm not gonna use if anyone wants it...

 

I ordered the .net decal last month on the 7th and paid via PayPal.

So far haven't received a decal or any response to a couple of messages I've sent inquiring about the decal.

Is this normal slow service or am I expecting too much to get in less than a month

 

The site owner sends decals out on a monthly basis. Typically the first week of the month. I suspect your decal will arrive in the first week in December if you placed your order in November.
