rub_adub, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I get the same screen as rub adub. I am a premium member.

Think it's because, "There are no decals anymore."

There is something in the works to reinstate the decals perk. The new site owners I believe are working on fixing that link.

thank god im not crazy. And thank you to everyone who replied. But seriously how can I show my ChevyHHR.net McLovin ?

Also I made the mistake of opening this site in Internet Explorer, OMG the ADS! slow the site load time....you should remove them. I block all ads with firefox and chrome, but rarely use IE. it was painful.

If the decals come back they will be given to Premium Members when they upgrade or renew. No retro back to prior Premium Members and they will not be offered for sale.
