picure upload issue?

picure upload issue?
Hey all, I am trying to upload pictures for the featured HHR submission...
fist problem, one of the pictures i uploaded is all black... tried it twice
second problem, how do you delete pics from the gallery?
third, some of the pics i tried to upload come back with invalid file? but others from the same camera are uploading fine... please help!

To delete a picture in your gallery, click the picture. Then in the oranger bar to the upper right click on "Image Tools". Next select "Delete this image" and click "Perform this action". You then check the box that says "To delete this image, check the box to the left and then click the 'Delete This Image' button below." and then click "delete".
As for the invalid file, I get this some times as well. I'm not sure but I think the file may be too big. I always upload them to photobucket in 640x480 and then resave them onto my computer. After that never any problems.
