Question Rant! Why does the stupid Gallery keep asking me to sign in?

Sometimes, well, many times, the gallery wants my user name and password everytime I click on a thumbnail.

And yes, I always check the little remember me box.
What's up with that?

Failure to use the HOME key?

Or something to do with you being the "Most Interesting User on the Forum" .... Dos Equis.

I've found this to happen when I try to access a new member's gallery. It seems to take some time for a new member to be granted full access to this forum. You need to be patient.

I have one laptop that I never have to sign in on and another laptop and a desktop that I can't make it remember me for the life of me.

I login 2 or 3 times and then it finally holds. Not doing anything different. I am fairly computer literate and I know my browser accepts cookies and all that jazz... this site is just glitchy.

I just started using firefox because ie was crapping out. It does it too. Must be multiple cookies for different areas.

If you want to test this, delete all history cookies etc. Sign in on the home page, then click "my posts" you have to sign in again. And again for the gallery.
