I'm on my laptop in our hotel and now if I type in www.chevyhhr.net I get this:
Sorry. We can't find "www.chevyhhr.net"
There was a problem loading your page. Try retyping the URL in the browser address bar above or, visiting a related link below.

I can enter through my favorites but the site is all screwed up and all pics are red x's. A little aggrevating to say the least. Guess I won't be posting pics during the C.P. Event since I can't tell what I'd be posting

get a "command prompt" up... type "nslookup chevyhhr.net" return... see if the dnsmaxx can find the IP... is it "no locate" or does the IP end in ...158... pass it to this thread.

I was unable to connect to this forum, today, from about 10 AM to about 12:15 PM. Was automatically taken to MSN Search....for the forum link....which didn't work either !!!

I've had that happen alot Snoopy. Today when I tried to log in, I had to do it at least 10 times before it actually took. Put in name and password and it welcomed me as courthousedeb...then took me to main page and I wasn't logged in.

Had to get a new modem today too because my other one took a dump...and this is the only site I have visited all day where I've had any problems.

Deb, I don't think this is the same problem. Check in in the following thread......

I had trouble getting to this forum between 10:30 PM and 12:05 AM, July 17-18.

Again I was taken to a search function which provided the link to www.chevyhhr.net. When clicking on that link, I was connected to a clear page.....no text, no pictures.

Also would like the ADMINISTRATION of this forum to know that it appears others are beginning to question the worthyiness of this forum.

While searching links from different searchs, in an attempt to locate SOMETHING that would connect me, I was connected to forums of other vehicles. Obviously owners of the HHR have other vehicles and participate on those forums. They frequently ask if anyone else on those forums has a HHR and TRIES to use this forum. Some of the posts, and some entire threads, criticized this forum AND ITS ADMINISTRATORS, for their inability to correct the encountered problems. One noted he has attempted to contact ADMINISTRATION and NEVER received a reply. Sound familiar.

From my end, I see regular outages 2-3 times a week lasting many hours each time. It's much more frequent since the move to the new server. I'm starting to get really annoyed by this DNS problem.

Agreed. Admin'ing is a tough job and Jonyy has done really well. It seems that since we are growing and growing, maybe it's time to delegate some of the work.

At home, it asks me to log in over and over when i click new posts. At work it doesnt ask for anything and yes, Ive checked settings, yadda yadda. Also at night it takes several minutes sometimes to load pages.

Originally I had signed up under DonsHHR and it never worked. I must have emailed the admin 20 times and got no response. Eventually, I created a new user name and it lets me on. VERY strange is when I go to view the gallery, it asks for a log in under my original name. Im trippin hard about now.
