What will it take to become a supporting vendor?

Can a moderator come here and tell me how to become a supporting vendor?

Please do not refer me to the same link that I have gotten no responce from.

For Supporting Vendors inquiries, the starting point is to use the "Contact Us" up button located at the top right corner of any page. Click the "Advertising / Supporting Vendor " and enter a brief description of your products and contact information in the message box. Click send.
