I finally figured out what I don't see on the site anymore, the home page. It would list the most recent posts on the right side and there was some other information on the left side.I would post pictures of the featured HHR there.

 

I don't know how to get to it, never did. But, just yesterday I moved a newby post from Front Page News.

 

Well this is how. But in one of the past "updates" it must have got wiped out.

 

Click your heels together 3 times and repeat, "There's no place like home"

Seems that page got shuffled somewhere when IB did the last site update. So, what do new folks see when they open the site for the 1st time ?

 

Donbrew, If you click that link, that is where you went when you clicked the big picture of the Featured HHR on the home page. The page is gone for sure. when it was available and you came to hhr.net that was the page that opened first, thus being the home page.

 

If you take the "Forums" drop down in the top left corner and put your cursor on the "Main" forum, then you will see the "Front Page News" page along with the "HHRs of the Year/Month" pages.

 

Yeah, but if I click on those links in the drop down they don't go to those pages...

 

New members go to that page the first time, I guess that's why so many first posts end up there.

I blame IB upgrades. Either that or the new admin never got told to put content there?

Blue- That's kinda it as I recall. Not exactly the same. But it used to have an HHR under the topics.
