I want if anyone know if i install THIS upside down, then try puting in a flip out monitor that way it won't cover the air vents on the top.

Go for a double DIN :)

The holes on the radio sometimes are the same then the one on the plastic compartment so you can but the empty DIN on top ... but I don't know if you can do it with this one.

you would need to hack it up. wouldnt be too hard. just some bondo or fiberglass.
