anyone ever taken thier HHR there.....SS guys feel free to chime in

 

I want to. I live in main eastern KY so only a few hours away. I plan on taking a trip either in the fall or spring. Hopefully this fall after my goodies come in. I'm waiting on my bonus and then a sway bar, brakes, I/E/Tune bolt ons. Along with various cosmetic parts. But I'm really wanting my suspension and brakes to be up to some spirited driving.

 

Some members have been there. Type in "Dragon" into the search function. I was just down to the Smokies but did not make it over to The Dragon.

 

just curious....would like for people who dont know about it to check it out...lots of driving fun !!!

 

I was there last October and there is a 3rd annual HHR Tail of the Dragon cruise there again this year. October 18th - 21st. I will be there again.

 

Woo hoo. Bassbee, can't wait till October! Last year was great and a bunch if the family.net guys were there too. Give it a few weeks and someone will post up hotel info.

Btw, if you take a left at the holding ponds near the dam, 311 I think, is a much better road than the dragon, with no traffic or cops.

deals gap is the biker bar at the north end of the dragon and has a wonderful sculpture of all the bikes that didn't quite make it. It gets bigger every time I see it.

Hey foolmoon I'm def still interested in getting some design work done also. Money been tight cause they cut my hours. So I'm hoping with my bonus and summer ending my hours picking up I'll have spending and travel money lol. Are you going to the dragon this yr?

 

Been there with my C-5 Corvette and with my brother Mini Cooper S.

I just purchased the HHR SS this year, so hopefully I can make it with the HHR SS this fall (October 18th- 21st 2012)
