We have been discussing the run and it looks like we might be able to stir up more than just father57 and myself to drive out to meet you all...there has been some interest from a couple of more people here at the Dells and there will be more discussion tomorrow...I haven't mapquested thr run yet, but probably eight hours for us...

 

I hope to be there, but I might have to stay elsewhere.

I'll most likely be staying on the other side of town, still not sure, but I am going to try to be there if work and all will allow.

 

As of Sep 6, they have 2 rooms reserved.

PLEASE don't wait till the last minute to make this reservation.

We need a minimum of ten rooms to have the conference room
at no charge to us.

 

Alright I was going to stay on the other side of town, BUT I just made my resveration for FR, SAT, and SUN nights.
So I will see all there!

 

In response to several saying they could not get the rooms at
our HI Xpress, Here is what I did!!!!

I just called the HI Xpress, and our contact there is out until Friday,
Sep 14th. I will call her back then and see if we need more rooms.

Last Wed. we had 2 reservations, and I doubt that we had 20 by today!

Now, we did ask for 10 on Friday and 20 on Sat.

At any rate go ahead and make the reservation there, and I can ask
our person to apply the club rate to your reservations.

BTW, we are still putting together details on this event, and I will
post some info real soon.

I apoligize for my slowness on this, but I have my day job, and a
photo studio, and a fun run to put together for the local club....
