Sounds like the cold weather treatment.
Ship to FL, then check all connections and fuses,then hit the started with a hammer. Then start.
When did you last drive it? Any different noise when you shut off the engine?

 

I last drove it about 3 days ago before I put the new engine in so all that is useless. I did start it once but then I just let it sit.
