Not from the South Pacific so does my opinion count? Both ways look good but I like the original better

I like the idea but its hard to tell from those angle and so close up. Maybe a 3/4 shot from a little farther away so the radiator isn't so obvious.

That's true Mike. I was thinking it looked more obvious but it may just be the pic.

Todd, I after I removed the bow tie from Harvy's grill I painted it black. Well long story short, last week end I had to go over Thacipia (??) to Victorvile and the rocks, ice, gravel just destroyed the paint. Good part I can repaint it but I think I'm going to have some chrome pieces made for it. The black paint looks good, if it will last. Just don't drive it in the snow like I did.

See ya down the road

You guys are right, for some reason everthing behind the grille is more noticeable. Todd (Uma)

I think it is the angle of the shot as well. We'll have a look at it Saturday. And yes Dayton, you can comment!
Smarty pants.

grille

Todd i like it, the black grille looks good,ya you might be able to see the radiator. But the grille looks good, it goes with the rest of the car. That's what i'm trying to decide on, Paint the whole grille Imperial blue or just the outside rim?.
