Coastline HHR's So-Cal

Well I thought we should just get a thread started on this idea. So far there seems to be some interest it forming a group here in So-Cal. Todd (Uma) came up with a name for now and if we all like it we can run with it. The domain is available "Coastlinehhrs.com" if we wanted to go with that. So what do you think So-Cal? Lets start talking!

Rear window decals?

Hmmmm. Lets talk more at Tom's Farms.

Any nominations for a leader? We all know who I nominate...

OMG --- very cool. This get-together is getting an AGENDA... how very organized of us.

I found this website from the NOOGA bash that was held in Tennessee... It's pretty nice. http://www.midtnhhr.net/

...but I still think a members only forum could be a nice add-on where we could exchange real names, organize caravans to get2gethers, coordinate cell numbers for meetups, etc. Makes polls, re meetup spots, car decals, club name, all kinds of stuff.

Wow, This could be good speak at Tom's Farm. I started a camaro club in the mid-eighties, called Coastline Camaros. Of course this was way before the internet and such, but we had close to forty members. We were all kids then and meet every week, we could not all do that now. But a once a month thing would work. It would be nice if we all got together and put on a good show in our name, organized by us. "coastline hhr's" was just the first thing I thought of, the name would not matter. Think on it all. I do not know the details of doing this on this website, so I will keep quiet. But as Tim said, this is something we should look into, I mean look at Modesto's HHR club, why couldn't we do that?? They are huge and well respected, worth talking about for sure. Todd (Uma)

SoCal- You guys ROCK! Sweet rides all around. I hope the club comes together. Not speaking for the club up here (of which I'm a relatively new member) but I'm sure looking forward to a united West Coast event within the next year. So many possibilities... and so many HHR's!
BTW- who wants to come to Gold Rush? For those that don't already know, it's a northern Cali location and we'd love to see everyone, for sure. Other threads are HERE and HERE.
I'm looking forward to rollin' to a SoCal event before then and meeting you guys! Did I mention you guys ROCK?

Oooooh, Inland Empire, right? I was thinking the same thing...would they feel like it didn't apply? But, as far as the rest of the nation is concerned all of Calfornia is coastline, right?

But as I was saying, there are 7 counties just around this area, and look how HUGE the inland empire counties are!!!
