THANKS to ALL of you at the "Cure" for being so cordial.. As you know, my wife had to "yank" me away or I'd still be there!! I was very impressed with the variety of HHR's you had AND the unique-ness of each one...

Sorry 'bout the turn Grumpee--but I had to "cheer" as you drove past the restaurant!!

I'll advise when I decide which HHR I'm ordering--should be final within a couple of days (I walked past a Dealer's display after leaving SoCal HHR's and boy--the Salesmen could tell they had a "live one"...).. But I got away with wallet intact!

Goin' to try to post some pic's of a Panel SS that was on display.. Again--thanks to SoCal HHR's--you are the best!!

Great to meet you too, Greg! We know we left you with more questions then answers but I think Charles really has the best advise as he has owned both models of HHR. We look forward to you officially joining the group!

You must have walked by the Connell folks and the BFM panel. I like the color...the gentlemen in our group weren't sure about it!

As you can tell, we LOVE our little cars in any configuration and in the end, I think driving them will make the difference...

Joe, I have no idea about the water in the morning! I noticed after I got home that the SAFD had closed off my street (when I was trying to nap) and water was flowing down WA ave. GREAT to hang with you today and your family--kudos for getting them up so early and glad everyone liked the burritos! Worth getting up at 2.30 am to make for you all.

I finally got home at 6:30 I left at 4. Should have only taken 1.5 to 2 hrs at most, but instead of getting on the 55N, I ended up on the 1S and in Newport Beach

Once I found the rite Freeway, I had to pull off the road because the radio started to short out again But I did find that problem and fix it.

The Southern Comfort car is the wifes and she should be joining the boards soon. I believe the husbands name was Bill or Bob, but I could be way off.

Thanks Angie for your hospitality and your most excellent bbs

OK time to go before I fall asleep at the keyboard.

Post your picks!

Well, I do not know where to start! First of all, it was great seeing Ralph pull in behind the group at 5:30am, from there we picked up the killer "Southern Comfort" conversion. Sorry I warned you I would not remember names until the third get together! Joe showed up with wife and grandson, so nice to have fresh faces! And, of course seeing the reg's. Don, it was great to see you again, Angie was so nice to invite us to her house to meet up...and fed us all!! Tim showed up in my favorite HHR. I just can't say enough about everyone....it was a great day! Ready to sleep though! Todd (Uma)
