Were not going to be able to join you Nor-cal group for the practice run but we are going to make the May run, it sounds like fun. It should be a fun cruise from the O.C. to Solvang.

Scott's car was parked on a job site. While he was working the truck driver hit it and left. Scott found the bumper in the road when he was loading his tool at the end of the day. We found out the next day that the driver finally said he did it. Scott's fine, the car not so good.

I will be going but have not made reservations as of yet I will be staying at a timeshare in Solvang. I can't wait for this trip I am in need of a little time off from work.

 

The economy has had an effect on me - like California, my company has now mandated that we take 2 days off per month. If it were just that I could do the trip, but I have know faith in the economy righting itself anytime soon. So except for the one planned family trip in April I have to limit road trips to local (SD, OC & LA). I need to save save save just in case layoffs start.

 

I understand Carl, that's why we are only going up for one day on saturday.

 

Since I will not be in the area any longer after March 15, 09 Unless someone want to step up and take over the Solvang cruise it will be canceled. Yonash has the cruise route down and can lead, the hotel info has been posted so there isn't a lot more to do. So like I said we need a contact person more than anything. I will be more than happy to help via e-mail and land line as I can but I won't be able to be at the cruise.
