That is true is why if I follow the body edge around the light which should be the same on all HHR then it wont matter how much gap there is.. it will cover it and look cleaner. My lids sit just about flush with the body except the bottom inside edge nearer the grille which the light actually protrudes out past the body so that area cannot be helped.

thinking about making a few more styles with a more straight line edge across instead of a curve. It may give a more meaner look..

Tricia and I like all the styles of eyelids, but she's liking the first set Curtis tried (the same type that Rene has on Casper). I like all the styles, personally.
