While the SoCal HHRs are out chowing down on burgers I'm keeping the engine burning the dawn oil by getting me to the event by 530am to stage my bike.

Great pictures! I'm a cyclist and put in lots of hours on the bike......can't imagine finding time to train for the swim and run as well! I thought my cervelo was cool, but your ride looks pretty sweet! Congrats!

Since I can't run I am allowed to hand crank the run portion as well. So it's all arms the whole way, swim, bike and run... let me just say, these folks are

one thing was a reality check, I was rushed by about 50 29yrold men at the start, then I realized they weren't interested in me but the waves LOLOL
