I'm going to be busy on Saturday Wish we could make it but I have to get the car ready for a car show on the 18th Rod and Kustom Car Show In Lawndale. So while you guys are enjoying a Sweet Lunch, I'll be sanding fiberglass!!. Let me know if you want to come and Hang out at the show, My Friend plans on firing up his Fiat Toppilino!! Should be fun!! Alas No HHR's! Old school stuff only.... Bummer

 

Another nice time today seeing some of my fellow SoCal HHR's. Grump made the drive from San Diego way and Larry and Marilyn from the other valley. Was a pleasure to meet Angie's husband and yes his name is Randall - Nice guy, I wonder what his take on all this is? Cheri, I look forward to seeing you at your place soon. The food was good! Brisket and garlic smashed tato's rocked the casbah. See yous all soon.

 

Made it home safely traffic not as bad as normal, about 1hour and 45 minutes, great food and company, glad I made it.

 

Made it home via 91 and 15 south. GPS for once helped me on traffic avoidance ...sort of Still trying to figure out how I wound up on Euclid and 405 instead of the Walmart at Euclid by I5

Food was good (once we got it! ), and went hunting down that local brewery -- not too far from AJ's and got some.

This wasn't The Boy's first SoCal HHR event, he's gone cruising with us before, so he knew most of the crew that showed up today!

So when are we meeting up again?

Glad everybody liked the food,and it was nice to see everybody who showed up.Thanks Jay for the gudos on the air cleaner.Just to let everybody know. SCOTTIES SMOKEHOUSE is having a special event on June 26th with Hot Rods,Bikes,LandSpeed cars and Nostalgic Drag Cars.But most of all we welcomed back anytime,Maybe we should have a event there?.
