G2G - come meet DSNYCRZE in Anaheim
Sorry our guests didn't make it (and hope they got home ok!), but 9 of us showed up to Ruby's anyhow and we were delighted to have Mike B. from Elizabethtown, KY surprise us!
It was also great to meet Jeff (socaljjj) and his absolutely gorgeous black HHR -- I LOVE those wheels and thanks for the treats you brought us! Again, I am shamed that I had the filthiest black HHR ... Good times -- talk of Hooter's for a Sunday brunch?!

Great meeting all of you.....Sorry we didn't get to meet you Nancy.....hope everything is fine. Photos on here don't do these cars justice.
Enjoyed each one.
Thanks for allowing me to attend, it was a gorgeous evening, witha full moon, a sunset and disney fireworks to end it with a BANG
. Mike let us know the next time you guys come this way.

I'm sorry our guests of honor were unable to attend and I hope all is well with them.
It was great to see everyone and meet a couple new folks too. Mike B gets the long distance award (Kentucky?) and I was glad he stopped by. Next time maybe he will bring his HHR along. Jeff what can we say, dash plaques for a mid week meeting? I thought we had a pretty good turn out for a Thursday night.
It looks like our next g2g will be at Hooters Car Show in July.
Details will be posted soon.

Hi there folks, We apologize for not making it to the meet again and we Thank you all for the well wishes. We made it home quickly but safely. All is well at the home front.
We had lost communications with our housesitter (Nancy's 85 year old mother) with no other means to contacting her. So we had to leave early in fear of the worst case senerio.
We were looking soo forward to meeting you all but I guess we'll have to meet sometime again soon. Thanks for posting pictures of what a great time you still had. Eight cars is quite impressive, wished we would have seen them in person.
Heres a pic of us at 'The Happiest Place On Earth'.

Glad to hear everything is alright.....we'll definitely try to do it again, got to imagine you guys can't stay away too long....realized I haven't gone to Disney in over 5 yrs, so maybe next time we'll make it a Disney Run.
It's a shame that DSNYCRZE couldn't make it (glad things turned out OK) but my thanks to the SoCal group for my memorable evening - good food, great company, and beautiful HHRs.
I especially want to thank Cheri for not clobbering the smart-a$$ stranger (me) who identified the members' cars as PT Cruisers when she asked him if he knew what they were, and then let her patiently begin to explain that they were Chevy HHRs....
I ALMOST wish I had driven Hharry the 4600 mile round-trip from Kentucky but am not sure he would have measured up to SoCal HHRs standards.
Thanks again for your hospitality - this was the highlight of my month working in California.
