wow, as a valet driver, you have no idea how many people apparently don't realize these can't be on their windows. i can't begin to count how many i've had to stare at that are right smack in the middle of the damn windshield. EASILY half the cars i move are this way, and i move between 70-100 cars A NIGHT. at least the rentals have the hard mounted ones with the bracket that mounts near the stereo. since that isn't on the window, i suppose that would be legal. not that i'd imagine rental fleets would be doing something in this state if they weren't legal in doing so.
