HHR vs 98 V6 S-10

Found out tonight that my little 2.4L was able to shut down a V6 S-10. 4.3L most likely. Not that I condone street racing, but it just happened! left me grinnin

Probably your skillful driving, so congrats. I had a 4.3 5 speed S10, and it was definitely faster than a stock 2.4L (happy to hear alternate opinions).

P.S. Out of curiosity, I looked up the specs, and you are correct the 2.4 is about 2-4 mph faster and a few 10ths quicker than the S10 in the 1/4. That is a huge surprise to me since my S-10 felt much faster than the 2.4L HHR I drove (that was actually the reason I did not buy an HHR until the SS came out).

Thanks! I usually do this on the track, Not on the street! That sounds about right, I only had him by a car and 1/2 and it was in about a 1/4
