Silly question from a Newbie

Silly question from a newbie, What is PTC's (Is it PT Cruisers?) and if we have not paid for registration do we still park in front of the "PTC's"? Do I need to pay registration to park with the Nor-Cal HHR's club? Sorry, I want to attend but I am clueless regarding protocal for shows and G2G's. Is parking with the club only for people that are in the show? I don't really think that my stock panel is ready to "show", do I need to pay for registration if I'm just coming to look at the other cool HHR's. Sure it would be nice to park with the other HHR's though, to show support. What time is a good time to show up? Thanks, Tim

Only those that want to have their vehicles judged need to pay the registration.. PTC = PT Cruiser = POS Chrysler. I don't know for sure that we're going to park in front of the PTC, but we're in the 'retro' section and one of the organizaer of this event is a member of NorCalHHRs... so I'm assuming.... you know....

anytime between 9-10 would work... we'll be there around 9:30... just like we were for open ****pit

I'm thinking their will be onsite vendors, so whatever you plan on buying, that's all the money you'll be spending.

Chase Chevrolet has been letting new owners of HHRs about the event as well, so I don't know how many HHR's will be there (other than from our club, and members that are on the board), but it will be show for sure once they get-a-look at Harvey.

Once again... everyone's welcome. No entry fees. No registration fees (unless you want to be judged). Bring a cooler, chairs, and if you have one, a pop up canopy.

Just let them know at the gate that you're here with NorCal HHRs.

I'll won't be hard to find... I'll be the one with the HHR.

more info...

The 'Retro' cars (HHR, PTC, Mini, etc) will be huddled together near the Lube Center as you come in to the dealership.

We got up here just before the dealership closed so we were able to stop in and ask the guys if we were in the right place and where the better places to stay are. Got a room down the road a bit, have to find a car wash somewhere in the morning to clean the 560 miles of road grime off the car. Got the Borg Warner T-10 transmission on the way up, so my mission for heading this way has been accomplished. See you all in the morning!

Harvey can't wait to see his STOCK, MILD AND WILD HHR friends. I hope they inspect the inside of the gas door, its waxed and polished, thank you Todd. I'm leaving S.J. about 5am so I should be there no later than 7 am.

See ya down the road

Just got home, long trip but worth it. Had a good day today, talked to some nice people, nice friendly event. Ours got it's first trophy, was a bit surprised since the car isn't done and wasn't even really cleaned all that well before the show. Was nice meeting everyone.
