What kind of mesh is that, and where did you get it?

what about gold ? i don't understand why many hate the gold....i think the gold looks nice with my black paint , and with other colors as well....oh , except for the 1 on my rear that is falling apart.....cheap crap

 

Thats the best thing about an HHR, Gold, Blue, Black, Brown, silver bow tie if its your HHR and thats what you want thats GREAT. I don't think you can do it wrong, if it's yours go for it.
Just keep it Stock, Mild and Wild its all good.

That grill looks great! You should go into production. Go red on the bowtie. It would complete the look IMHO

 

 

Quick photoshop with a bowtie the same color as the mesh behind the grill. Looks kinda pink though...
