We're home, had a wonderful day, if a little hot for me, but really nice. Talked to several good people outside our group, saw some amazing cars (photos still in camera), and just an all-round sweet venue! Topped it off with Lone Star Steakhouse, and now.... burrrp.
Thanks for the sweets Jonny, the Skittles, Marilyn, the pretzels, Todd. We don't get that stuff at home!! Thanks for all the chairs I stole to get in the shade, and for the good company.

It was a great day in San Diego today. The BEST venue for a car show that I have ever been to. We all had a good time, saw nice cars of course, visited with friends and missed those who could not make it. We ate well, and laughed alot! The SD Corvette Club again thanked us during the ceremonies for driving so far. Cheri and Dorian took first and Tracy and Julie took home the second place trophy. Jonny the "bakerman" delivered as always, and we enjoyed the company of Beanwagon and a few of his children. A few pics. Todd (Uma)

I just got home now. We stayed with my in-laws for awhile and enjoyed the weather a little bit longer. We had a blast and my boys really enjoyed being there. I didn't expect it to be such a large event. I fun seeing everyone there and I look forward to seeing everyone again in November.
