I think I kind of like being lost in a lost world.

Almost didn't find your house again--had to read the painted street numbers to find the right house!

But the kids are now safe and on your doorstep! I enjoyed having them and taking them to Berkeley & Monterey/Big Sur!
Here is a final pic of them with a new pal
(new pal is mine).

Cool, everyone that gets Stubby somehow is getting a Stubby to keep along the way?? Lordie those ugly things multiply!!

Angie, I saw the coolest Tshirt in Victoria...3 gnomes in a row, just chillin', in baggy jeans and Tees. It read, "Hangin' with my gnomies". I was tempted, but stayed strong. But I sure thought of you and I!

How did you manage to stealth up on my porch, and not even get the dogs barking...that was some feat! Thanks for getting them to me, though. I'll put them in my car for the B-52's.

Nice! With my 2 attack-chihuahua's at home (who will lick you to death), I've learned to be quiet.

I have decided Stubby's "theme" song is "Gnome" by Pink Floyd, off of Piper at the Gates of Dawn (my Nano is set to shuffle and came on while driving on the 1).

Even though I had to take an unfamiliar shortcut home, I did manage to make it eventually...I was quite facetious about getting me a GPS of course. But it is embarrassing..

(sorry for hijaking the thread--I really would like to go to this event )
take lots of pix!

Ang, there is nothing to be embarrassed about. I am terrible with directions. A GPS might help...I have one, never use it, Get lost all the time. That is the good thing about driving a car that you love ..lost or not..you will get there eventually and have fun! Todd (uma)

Ah, therein lies the rub! How easy to purchase the tool, how wasted when not used and/or user manual thrown out w/the box.

Charley, I wont cruise in with you as I have to be there by 5:30AM and will drive my '48 coupe.

Cheri, Temps that day are ALWAYS great.. . The city mandates it.. . All seriousness asside, there are so many shade trees that it's great. . Temps may get to the 80's. Usually cooler.. You'll have it made in the shade.

Remember to tell the guys doing the parking that ya all wanna park together. If I see ya come in, I'll come over time permitting. We start set up on Saturday and finish up Sunday morning.

There will be breakfast available being cooked by the Kiwanis Club as well as lunch later. Silent auction, raffles, vendor displays and more.

Hope to see a bunch of ya there.
