LOL, It has taken me six months to learn how to resize my pics so they fit on this website, if the kids can't help, I can try, but you would be better off to find out elsewhere! I am no computer whiz. I also wish I would have been able to hangout with some of the people I haven't meet. I guess next time, we will have to be more out-going I guess! Todd (Uma)

Well found out what happened my pics are too large and I don't know how to resize them. I will see if my sons girlfriend can help with that tomorrow. If she can then I'll post them. Sorry
Try this free software which I use:
http://www.irfanview.com/
or you can get an accout at Photobucket.com for free and it will resire when you upload your pics.

I had a good time today it was first time to the museum. It was good to see prevouly met and new members. Randy Dug and I headed back up to Bobs (second one to open if I remember correctly).
Bob does Bobs Big Boy on Glenoaks have car shows on Saturday afternoon? I know Burbank does on Friday nights.

good time

sat was very enjoyable day. it was good to see new faces. i think if all the one HHR owners and the old ones all got together, there would be a very large group. we wnt to gardena and ate at jay bee's bar-b-q. it was on the food channel show dinners/drive-ins/dives.. its fun to go to places that you see on tv. the food was as good as the star of the show, Guy, said it as. from pattie and myself, thanks again for a good day.

I had a pretty good time, it was my first trip to the museum also. I would have liked to hang out a little more with the group before we went inside. Once we were in, we got pretty spread out. It was great to see the new people along with a few veterans. Next time we will work on the socialization part.

The museum I felt offered something for everyone too. I liked the little cars they had on display the most. The lowriders reminded me of my youth here in So Cal.

I will post a few pics...

I thought of Cheri when I saw this one. There may be a few ideas for future mods to Mitzkity? I like the wicker seats and the frilly top, a real surf wagon!

How about a real Messerschmitt? They had to build something after the war. I am partial to the color too.

Now this is cute a a bugs ear!

This reminded me of Cheech & Chongs ice cream truck. This could be redone with an HHR as the base truck, maybe someday?

I hope to see you all again soon!

Is this the truck with the destruction of Chavez Ravine/building of Dodger Stadium painted on it? I read about this on the LA Times a few months ago and didn't know it was there! Now I gotta go see it--thank for taking a pic!

And are these real Bob's Big Boys with the "Bob's special" burger and fries with a salad on a kidney shaped plate? I LOVED the BBB special! dang...wished I hadn't been so sick now...
