Where I go in Florida is all dependant on how long it takes me to get there in the first place. I want to be able to get back home without having to drive tired and or fatigued. I have 16 days total to travel. I really don't see a problem with going top to bottom of Florida. I think I would like that. It's all dependant on weather also. If I stay out of the snow storms, I should do fine!
