It was a beautiful day in sunny So Cal. It is amazing how many people stop and talked to us about our cars. Elle and Marshall were selling cars like crazy today.

Thanks Elle for the lunch it hit the spot. Thanks Charles and Bob for recommending this show. I heard Charles car might make the channel 4 news so all tune in.

Thanks to everyone else not mentioned for all the great company and for my official first get together with everyone. Last weekend was my trial run with the guys.

Kris
YEAH Kris! You are an *official* SoCal HHR'r! Thanks for coming and letting me share *space* on the lovely Lion-tamer!

Yes Elle we did see you zip by but almost saw what happen when all the idiots started suddenly stopping. All Todd said was that lotte almost looked like Uma and the lyntmr was almost in the back end of the van behind you. Todd figured you were testing your sway bar when you zipped by .

What a great day with my friends!

We couldn't have asked for anything better than the day we had today. Thank everyone who came and enjoyed. The chili dogs were excellent and the company was better.

Another thanks Charles for suggesting this g2g and Bob for making us welcome with the Road Kings.

Uma was sorely missed. However Angie and Ellen stepped up to the plate with some serious Black Shine!

Everybody, all I can say is you are all.

Thanks to all that came out to the Road Kings Car show today. It was great seeing you all drive in togther.

You've got the HHR mod bug going in one of the other Road King members and I'll work on him as well. He is a hot rodder as well so count on a well modded HHR joining the group.

Charles, Thank you very much and sorry NBC cut the section on your car from the news report.... They also messed up all the info they did mention... Ya can't trust announcers....err um did I say that????

Glad to hear some of you won things in the raffles !!!

I was really glad to see you all there and hope you had fun and will join us again....

The next Road King show is when we take over the infield at Santa Anita in October. This will be judged show with an entry fee.. Hope you consider it..

See ya and thanks again for coming out.... There were about 700 cars at the show...

Not to mention the great food, Angie, supplied breakfast burritos, Elle made the best chili cheese dogs, Kim and Jay supplied a great fruit salad, and for dessert Dorian passed around some brittle! I wish I got more pics, but a few of Elle and Marshall serving up the best chili cheese dogs! Todd(Uma)
